The Instrument Stays In. The Box Says What Is Inside.
The Aluminum Alloy Disinfection Box is built on a simple principle: the instrument does not have to come out to be processed, and the box does not have to be opened to be identified. The lid carries a solid plate at its centre — the one unperforated area on an otherwise fully perforated face — so the instrument type is marked where it can be read without lifting the lid. Inside, three rows of slotted brackets hold each instrument in its own slot rather than letting them lie on one another, and a separate perforated panel carrying two rows of comb rails pins long, flexible instruments and their accessories in position instead of letting them coil loose in the box. The lid, the walls and the floor are all densely perforated with small round holes, so the media used in the cycle reaches the instrument where it sits and the liquid drains out afterwards with the instrument still in place. Hinges and latches keep lid and body together through handling, and when the cycle ends the box carries straight to the shelf with its contents untouched.
