Nothing Between You And The Load.
The Fully Perforated Mesh Basket (C version) is the low-walled open one. There is no lid to lift and no high wall to reach over: the walls stay low, so the whole load is visible at a glance, a single part can be picked out without working around a rim, and the tray goes down at the bench already open and ready. The two ends are chamfered — cut back with angled corner panels instead of squared-off ends, so there is no square end corner for a wipe to stall in. The open edge is a folded solid rim rather than a raw sheet edge, which stiffens the tray and gives a smooth edge to grip. The perforation is deliberately unequal: the walls carry a fine square pattern that holds small components in at the sides, while the perforated floor is more open so water and debris drop away underneath. Low walls and a perforated floor give water and air the shortest possible route off the load, which is what makes this the version to reach for when parts are handled, inspected, and picked rather than carried as a closed batch.

No Lid To Lift
The tray is open as supplied — nothing to unlatch before reaching the load.
Every Part Visible
A shallow load behind low walls can be seen, checked, and counted without lifting anything out.
Direct Pick-And-Place
A single part can be lifted out without working around a rim or over a deep side.
Chamfered End Panels
The ends are cut back with angled corner panels, so no square end corner stalls a wipe.
Folded Solid Rim
The open edge is folded rather than left raw — it stiffens the tray and gives a smooth edge to grip.
Fine Walls Over A Coarser Floor
Fine square wall perforation retains small components; the more open floor lets water and debris leave.
Short Route Off The Load
Low walls and a perforated floor mean faster draining and faster drying.
Wide Application
Suited to cleanroom washing stations, CSSD decontamination, laboratories, and hygienic production rooms.
