The Mesh Opening Decides What Stays In.
Every mesh basket is defined by one dimension: the opening. The Precision Wire Mesh Basket is built around a fine, tightly controlled aperture, so the smallest components in the batch stay in the basket instead of dropping through, and so that retention is repeated from one basket to the next rather than drifting with the mesh. It suits the small machined parts, pins, springs, and fine fittings that a standard mesh basket is too coarse to hold — carried through washing, drained, and moved on in the same vessel, with no fishing parts out of a sink and no count to check afterwards. Because a fine mesh trades open area for retention, this basket is intended for small batches of fine components rather than for bulk loads of coarse parts.

Fine Controlled Aperture
Openings are held to a fine, tightly toleranced size so small components are retained.
Repeatable Retention
The aperture stays within tolerance between baskets, so what stays in the basket is repeatable.
Parts Stay In Through The Whole Route
Wash, drain, and transfer happen in one vessel — no parts lost to the sink.
Small-Batch Handling
Fine components are handled as a batch instead of picked up one at a time.
Smooth Stainless Wire
Round wire and a smooth stainless surface wipe down readily.
Corrosion Resistant
Withstands repeated wash and rinse cycles.
Wide Application
Suited to precision component washing in cleanrooms, laboratories, and device production.
