The Stainless Steel Woven Mesh Basket is the vessel that stays with the parts. Load small components, instruments, or fittings in at the start of the cycle, wash them in the basket, let the water run straight out through the woven open mesh, and carry the same basket to the bench or the autoclave — with no empty-and-reload step in between and no parts left behind in a sink. Because the mesh is woven rather than punched, the openings pass water and air freely and the basket carries far less of the cleaning solution on its own surface than a solid tray would. It is the practical parts basket for cleanroom washing stations, CSSD decontamination areas, laboratories, and hygienic production rooms.
