Sub-Micron Purity, Proven Per Unit: High Efficiency Air Filters (HEPA)
The High Efficiency Air Filter (HEPA) is primarily used to capture particulate dust below 0.5 µm and various suspended particles — the fine contaminants that threaten cleanroom air quality. Manufactured with ultrafine fiberglass paper as the filter media and offset paper, aluminum foil, or similar materials as separators, the filter is bonded together with a wooden frame and aluminum alloy to form a rigid, leak-resistant structure. Every unit is tested by the sodium-flame method, delivering high filtration efficiency, low resistance, and high dust-holding capacity — widely applied in various local purification equipment and cleanroom plants for ambient air purification under normal temperature, humidity, and pressure conditions.

Sub-0.5µm Particle Capture
Primarily captures particulate dust below 0.5 µm and various suspended particles — the fine contaminants that threaten cleanroom air quality.
Ultrafine Fiberglass Paper Media
The filter media is manufactured from ultrafine fiberglass paper — providing high-efficiency capture of sub-micron particles with excellent structural stability.
Separator Construction for Uniform Pleating
Offset paper, aluminum foil, or similar materials serve as separators between the pleats — maintaining uniform pleat spacing for consistent airflow and filtration performance.
Wooden Frame + Aluminum Alloy Bonded Construction
The media pack is bonded with a wooden frame and aluminum alloy — forming a rigid, leak-resistant structure that maintains integrity in service.
Per-Unit Sodium-Flame Testing
Every filter unit is tested by the sodium-flame method — verifying filtration efficiency and integrity before delivery.
High Efficiency, Low Resistance & High Dust-Holding
The optimized construction delivers high filtration efficiency, low airflow resistance, and high dust-holding capacity — balancing performance, energy, and service life.
Wide Application in Normal Conditions
Widely applied in various local purification equipment and cleanroom plants for ambient air purification under normal temperature, humidity, and pressure conditions.
