The Single & Double Air Shower (Steel Plate) delivers dependable personnel purification in two practical capacities — a single-person chamber for smaller cleanrooms, or a double-person chamber for higher traffic — built with durable powder-coated steel plate construction. Compared with color-steel panels, the sprayed steel finish provides a thicker, tougher coating with enhanced durability and scratch resistance; compared with stainless steel, it offers a more economical path to a robust chamber. Each configuration combines HEPA-filtered air jets, interlocked doors, and adjustable blow time — the dependable cleanroom entry control for pharmaceutical, electronics, and food facilities.

Two Capacity Options — Single or Double
Choose the single-person chamber (one person per cycle) for small cleanrooms, or the double-person chamber (two persons per cycle) for higher traffic — matched to the entry volume of your facility.
Durable Powder-Coated Steel Plate Construction
The chamber body is fabricated from high-quality steel plate with a powder-coated (sprayed) finish — a thicker, tougher coating than standard color-steel panels, providing enhanced durability, scratch resistance, and a professional appearance.
High-Efficiency HEPA Filtration
Equipped with HEPA filters (typically H13 class) capturing 99.99% of particles at 0.3 microns — ensuring every air jet that strikes the occupant is scrupulously clean.
High-Velocity Air Jet Purification
