Handmade Rock Wool Panels for High-Temperature Industrial Applications
This product series is specifically designed for high-temperature environments such as drying ovens, coating lines, and industrial heating equipment. Featuring excellent fire resistance stability and durability under high temperatures, these panels offer an ideal thermal insulation solution for industrial high-temperature zones.

Exceptional High-Temperature Resistance
The rock wool core maintains structural stability during prolonged exposure to temperatures up to 600°C without melting or deforming, making it suitable for the external cladding of various industrial heating equipment.
Superior Fire and Sound Insulation
The core material is Class A1 non-combustible; combined with a dual-layer steel panel structure, it offers a fire resistance rating of up to 4 hours. Its cavity structure provides effective sound insulation of ≥40 dB.
High-Strength, Custom Hand-Crafted Design
Hand-crafted production ensures a flat panel surface and tight joints. It accommodates irregular cutouts and pipe penetrations, meeting the integration needs of diverse equipment and architectural configurations.
Flexible Width and Thickness
Available in standard effective widths of 950 mm and 1150 mm, with thicknesses ranging from 100 mm to 200 mm. Lengths can be customized to meet the spatial requirements of various industrial applications.
Applications:
External enclosures for industrial ovens, paint booths, curing furnaces, and drying lines
Thermal insulation casings for high-temperature equipment (e.g., boilers, heating furnaces, reaction vessels)
Partitioning for high-temperature process areas such as paint shops, heat treatment workshops, and electroplating lines
External thermal insulation cladding for flues, piping, and high-temperature conveyance systems
