Precision-processed on an automated production line, this product uses a 0.476mm thick high-quality color-coated steel sheet as the surface layer, and high-performance polyurethane (PU) foam material as the core material. With an overall thickness of 50mm, it is a customized enclosure panel widely used in cleanroom walls, ceilings, and door/window systems, combining a smooth appearance, stable performance, and superior moisture and fire resistance.

Flat and Dense, Clean and Adaptable

Automated molding process ensures high flatness and tight seams. The surface coating is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, suitable for the high visual and hygiene requirements of cleanrooms and dust-free environments.

Insulated and Moisture-proof, Environmentally Stable

The polyurethane core material has a closed-cell rate of over 90% and a thermal conductivity ≤0.022 W/(m·K), providing excellent thermal insulation and moisture-proof performance. It maintains structural stability even in humid environments, without absorbing water or deforming.

Fireproof System, Safe and Compliant

The core material is treated with flame-retardant technology, achieving a B1 flame-retardant standard (A-level composite core material solutions are available upon request), complying with cleanroom fire protection regulations.
