This panel uses high-quality color-coated steel sheets as the outer surface, with reinforced galvanized steel strips for edge sealing and structural strengthening. The core material is an innovative inorganic composite material—magnesium oxysulfate. This core material undergoes a special foaming process to form a high-strength honeycomb structure, possessing comprehensive advantages such as A1-level non-combustibility, water resistance, moisture resistance, and high flatness. It is a comprehensive solution suitable for high-specification cleanrooms and complex building environments.

A1-Grade Non-Combustible Fireproof System
The core material uses an inorganic formula, certified by national testing institutions to meet A1-grade (non-combustible) requirements.
The 50mm standard thickness color steel sandwich panel has a fire resistance rating of no less than 1 hour, providing a critical time barrier for evacuation and fire rescue within buildings.
AQ2-Grade Environmentally Friendly Low-Smoke Toxicity Material
It exhibits extremely low smoke and toxicity release when exposed to fire, meeting AQ2-grade environmental standards. This prevents the generation of asphyxiating or toxic fumes in high-temperature environments, ensuring personnel safety.
Honeycomb Structure, Enhanced Waterproofing and Moisture Resistance
A special foaming process forms a stable cement-based honeycomb structure, effectively preventing moisture penetration. Even after prolonged immersion in water, the panel maintains stable structural performance and does not soften.
High-Strength Structure, Smooth and Durable
The panel's main body density is ≥250kg/m³, with strong bonding between the surface layer and core material, exhibiting outstanding compressive and bending resistance.
The flatness of the assembled panels is better than 0.8mm/m, and the sound insulation reaches up to 45dB, making them suitable for acoustically sensitive spaces.

No irritating dust or liquids are released during production and installation. Personnel performing on-site drilling require no special protection, making the construction process green and clean.
